**Terms & Conditions:

1. Prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing GST.
2. Orders must be made at least 2 (two) working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday) in advance prior to the event date.
3. Catering charge applies on top of menu price
4. An additional surcharge of $120.00++ will apply for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa and Jurong Island).
5. An additional surcharge of $150.00++ will apply for venues with no lift access (use of staircase only).
6. An additional surcharge of $12.00++ (per person) will apply if the event ends after 11pm.
7. Not valid with any other offers, credit card or discount card promotions and dining vouchers.
8. NO CANCELLATION AND REFUND WILL BE ALLOWED FOR CONFIRMED ORDERS.
9. Peach Garden Management reserves the right to change the menus, terms and conditions without prior notice.
